For a time, "Made in China 2025" became a hot topic for enterprises across the country.
So, what kind of proposition does "Made in China" put forward to enterprises across the country? People in Xiamen and Jinmen understand it as "Made in China". Only when there is "quality manufacturing" of enterprises across the country can there be "Made in China". Only with "quality manufacturing" can there be real "manufacturing", otherwise it is "shoddy manufacturing". For an enterprise to achieve "quality manufacturing", the construction of quality culture is necessary, because it is an important part of corporate culture. If an enterprise does not do a good job in the construction of quality culture, the enterprise cannot talk about innovation, intelligent transformation and upgrading. Therefore, the construction of the enterprise's quality management system is an indispensable link, and all employees should unify their thoughts and unify the command and control activities in terms of quality, including the formulation of quality policies and quality goals as well as quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement.

Secondly, the technical R&D personnel go out of the office and participate in the production in the workshop, analyze and summarize each link from the production, and then optimize some production and assembly processes. Finally, the quality inspection personnel check the quality of the accessories of the supporting manufacturers. According to the product design requirements, each type of spare parts is strictly surveyed and sampled, and they go deep into the factories of the supporting manufacturers to understand and feedback the problems in the quality inspection. The two sides discuss improvement methods and strive to control the quality problems before the product is assembled.
Admittedly, it is not enough to just have simple actions. An overall guidance system is also needed, which is the quality system. This system provides standards and methods, from the company's ISO9001 quality system certification, to the CE quality certification and SGS factory certification required for export to the EU, from using Six Sigma technology to improve quality process management, to the PDCA management cycle in each link, etc., all provide a beacon for actual production.
The ultimate direction of these efforts is for the people of Xiajin to move from "Xiajin Manufacturing" to "Xiajin Quality Manufacturing".
